MY EXCLUSIVE VINTAGE HUNTING LIST

My go-to sources for the best antique and vintage finds, online and off

If you’ve followed me for any amount of time, you know I live for a good vintage haul. Mixing in antiques and vintage pieces isn’t just a preference but the cornerstone of my design philosophy. A space only achieves that true Heritage Modern character and depth when it includes items carrying a history and a patina earned through decades of use. This makes me a relentless hunter. I am perpetually sourcing: for my clients, for my own overflowing home, and for general inventory that I simply can’t pass up, even without a specific spot in mind. (My closets are now officially busting at the seams, and yes, a storage unit is imminent.)

The first truth I have to share is that vintage sourcing is, above all, an investment in time. You simply never know what you’ll find, and success isn’t guaranteed. You need to train your eye and develop a distinct taste for what you like, and that means familiarizing yourself with the entire world of options and pricing. This involves a lot of passive in-person shopping and scrolling—the daily dedication to checking sources until something finally catches your eye. Of course, I have my go-to sources when I’m hunting for a specific client need, but otherwise, I’m constantly checking in on local shops and every night I’m checking a few key feeds for those unexpected items that might have a perfect use down the line. That commitment to background hunting, combined with knowing the right platforms, is how the time investment actually pays off.

Here is the complete breakdown of my go-to sources, both digital and physical, and how I use each one.
